Western Wave is a Spring-Only community lacrosse program based out of the Naperville/Lisle and surrounding areas, managed & led by the Team ONE West Directors and Coaches. Director Hannah Zebold, a familiar face from the clinics you have participated in, is the Director of Western Wave and is pumped to grow the 8U & 10U talent pool! 

The goal of the Western Wave 8U & 10U Program, different from previous programs you have participated in, is to create an actual team and start building a strong foundation for years to come! Through the consistency of training and game play, our goal is to create a true team environment, build comradery, and strengthen 8U & 10U development. 

The Western Wave Spring 8U & 10U program is an 8-week program that will consist of team practices 2x a week and participation in the Illinois Lacrosse League. Western Wave is geared towards players looking to take the next step up from recreational programs and experience a team environment with elite coaching and structured competitive training and gameplay. 

The 8U & 10U Western Wave program is open to all levels. At this age, everyone is developing and working to build a strong foundation. We highly encourage you invite any friends, especially from other sporting programs, that want to get more involved in lacrosse and be a part of a fun, positive, team-oriented environment! 

Western Wave participates in the Illinois Lacrosse League (ILL), the largest girl's lacrosse league in IL. The league games primarily take place on Saturdays, in the morning, at the main host sites of Winnetka Turf and Olympic Park. We will compete against a variety of age-appropriate community spring teams in a structured organized environment.

Season Dates: April 1st- May 18th, 2025  
Age Groups: 8U & 10U (2^nd – 4^th graders)  

Practice Days & Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:45pm-5:45pm

League Dates: April 5/6th - May 17/18th, 2025
