This program is recommended for players with all levels of experience.
*Players will be divided by age/group and skill level in order to maximize player development
The goal of the program is to put the players in a very structured, progressive training program in order to maximize player development.
The program would progress each week, with core skills being covered in each session.
Week 1: Overall Technique & High Repetition
Week 2: Passing/Catching on the Move
Week 3: Shooting/Defending
Week 4: Ground Balls & 1 v 1s
Week 5: Review Past Technique & Push Tempo
Week 6: Competing/Small Sided Play/Uneven Play
Dates: September 25 - October 30 (6 Weeks)
Times: Tuesdays, 5:00 - 6:00pm
