The Team ONE Small Group Positional Training is for current travel players only. Team ONE's Directors will be putting the players through advanced position specific training designed to drastically improve each player's individual ability. These sessions will be focused on improving technique and athleticism specific to your position.

2019 Boys Small Group Positional Training

Team ONE small group positional training is the capping piece to the Team ONE player development formula.  The focus of the training will be to each individual's positional play and overall ability.   Expect new drills and new energy at this year's Winter Small Group Positional Training.  Players who register for the Winter Small Group Positional Training should be prepared to work very hard and see improvement very quickly.


Each group needs a minimum of 4 players and will be closed at a maximum of 8 players per position/age group.

Team ONE's Boys Small Group Training will run by Directors Casey Powell, Mark Wattenbarger, & Tyler Hall, alongside Team ONE's top coaches.

2026 - 2023 Boys Lacrosse Club Members

Players must be a member of Team ONE Lacrosse Club to participate in the group.

***Group training is not a requirement of Team ONE, but an additional opportunity.

Positional training focus


The Focus for the Attackers will be:

- Developing the 7 offensive principles: Pass, Pick, Pop, Replace, Overload, Cut, & Shoot!

- Power of the Stick! Stick work, Stick Protection & Deceptive Scoring.

- Controlling the tempo on O. Off ball movement & proper spacing.


The Focus for the Middies will be:

- Offensive/Defensive Principles

- Pushing the tempo & creating goal scoring opportunities for your teammates

- Scoring & Dodging from up top!


The Focus for the Defenders will be:

- Defensive Philosophy - Protecting the paint as a unit!

- Feet & Fist Defense & Positioning

- Communication, Slide Packages, & Stick work!
