Work directly with TeamONE's Sports Performance and Wellness team. Our Return to Play option is available to all our players at no cost. This program is designed to get you back on the field as quickly and as safely as possible.

Coach Taylor recently graduated from Northwestern University with an MA in Sports Administration while serving as the NU Olympic Sports Performance GA. While at NU, Taylor programmed or assisted with the performance training programming of with many of NU's Big 10 teams including Women & Men's basketball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Swimming & Diving, Fencing, and others. Taylor ran both Cross Country and Track at DePaul University while working towards her B.S. in Exercise Science with a Psychology Minor.

Grad Years: 2026, 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020

WHAT

Our Return to Play option is available to all our players at no cost. This program is designed to get you back on the field as quickly and as safely as possible.

Use your training sessions to focus on any of the following areas:

  • Coming back from an extended break (3+ weeks)
  • Coming back from an injury
  • Speed and Agility
  • Conditioning
  • General Fitness Pre and Post Season
  • Strength and Power
  • Recovery
  • College/High School Season Prep

 

Choose the area that you want to focus on when you sign up. Session length/quantity will be based on each player's individual needs. Keep in mind, that consistency and work ethic build the best results!

WHERE

Falcon Fields: 3090 N Lake Terrace, Glenview

WHEN

Sports Performance - Return to Play opens up the week of August1st and will close November 15th

After signing up, Coach Taylor will reach out to you to schedule your training sessions. Sessions can be scheduled from 11:00 - 6:00pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, with other times being available based on Coach Taylor's schedule. Sessions do not need to be consistent each week.
