First Sticks is an entry level program perfect for Kindergarten - 2nd Grade Girls looking to learn the fundamentals of girls lacrosse in a fun training environment. There is no better place to start your lacrosse career than the First Sticks Program.

Proper state and CDC guidelines will be strictly followed to ensure the safety of players and coaches.

if the program is unable to run due to CDC guidelines or inclement conditions, we will prorate the unused amount.

Who

K - 2nd Grade Girls

This program is recommended for players with Beginner/Entry Level Experience.

What

Girls First Sticks is an entry level program based around a girl specific curriculum intended to teach players the fundamentals of girls lacrosse while allowing them to play alongside other lacrosse players in a fun and safe environment!

Have fun learning the fundamentals of girls lacrosse, by learning the core principles of lacrosse in a very safe and structured training environment!

What to Expect

  • Age and girl specific curriculum - a proven way to learn the game!
  • Learning alongside Team ONE Players
  • Team ONE Girl Directors run the program!
  • Practices 1x a week
  • Players learn in a very fun, yet structured training environment
  • Trashcan lacrosse!

When & Where

Dates: Tuesdays, April 13 - May 18 (6 Weeks)

Times: 4:00 - 5:00pm

Location: Little Duke Field, 1320 Cherry St, Winnetka 60093


*Players will be grouped by grade and experience level to maximize player development.
