Within each lacrosse season, the aspects of Sports Performance training will be utilized throughout the club.

  I believe in the highest quality of coaching and training to improve athletic potential, and this should be available to all athletes. Joining this club allows me to pursue this belief and provide high-level performance coaching during a crucial window of time in youth populations’ development.

taylor's background

Coach Taylor recently graduated from Northwestern University with an MA in Sports Administration while serving as the NU Olympic Sports Performance GA. While at NU, Taylor programmed or assisted with the performance training programming with many of NU's Big 10 teams including Women & Men's basketball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Swimming & Diving, Fencing, and others. Taylor ran both Cross Country and Track at DePaul University while working towards her B.S. in Exercise Science with a Psychology Minor.

  • 2015 - 2016: Hardpressed High Intensity Strength Coach
